At Milk Hair, we understand that sometimes life can get in the way of your hair appointment.
However, we do ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24hrs notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
This enables us to offer somebody on our waiting list the opportunity to book that time.
We offer a text message confirmation service which is sent 2 days prior to your upcoming appointment, allowing you to give us optimum notice if you know you will be unable to attend.
Unfortunately, due to how busy we are, no shows and last minute cancellations have a huge impact on our business.
They also limit our availability for other clients who are waiting patiently to get an appointment.
Failure to give sufficient notice will result in being charged 50% of the appointment fee upon your next visit.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the appointment fee prior to being rebooked at Milk Hair.
New clients making appointments for services over 2 hours or totalling over $200 will need to be booked with a credit card.
